Golf Shoe Warranty Statement

Thank you for purchasing our golf shoe products. We are committed to providing you with high quality and comfortable sneakers and offer the following warranty terms on this product:


【Our Commitment】

GoPlayer® adheres to the excellent materials and exquisite craftsmanship that all of our footwear products adhere to. We will provide comprehensive support for our product quality assurance and give fair and equitable treatment.


【Warranty scope】

This warranty covers damage to golf shoes due to defects in materials or workmanship and is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.


【Warranty Period】

Warranty period: Valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.


【Warranty content】

During the warranty period, if damage is caused by defects in materials or workmanship, we will provide the following services based on specific circumstances:

  • Repair or replace defective products free of charge.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, we will replace the customer with a GoPlayer ® shoe of the same style or value.



[What is not covered by the warranty]

Even within the applicable warranty period, certain circumstances may void GoPlayer® 's warranty. For example, when the returned shoes have suffered from one of the following conditions. GoPlayer® will not be subject to warranty or return or exchange.

1. Scratches or damage caused by toe dragging action.
2. Damage to the upper caused by puncture.
3. Separation or breakage of shoe parts due to lack of proper maintenance, including but not limited to the following situations:

  • Storage in humid environment : After the shoes are damp or soaked in water, if they are placed in a humid environment for a long time, it may cause the shoes to become moldy, degummed or the materials will deteriorate.
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures and extreme temperature differences : Leaving shoes in high temperatures, low temperatures, and high temperature differences for a long time may cause the shoe materials to lose elasticity, open, crack, or deform.
  • Improper drying methods : Using high temperature or strong drying methods (such as dryers, radiators) to dry wet shoes may cause the materials to harden, crack, or deform.
  • Improper cleaning : Using unsuitable cleaners or tools (such as strong acidic cleaners, hard brushes) to clean shoes will damage the material and color of the uppers.

4. Damage to the soles caused by the use of alternative spikes not recommended by GoPlayer® .


【Consumer Warranty Procedure】

If there is a problem with the shoes, consumers should submit the shoes, purchase receipt, and proof of the defect to any of the following units for warranty as soon as possible:

1. GoPlayer® authorized distribution point where the shoes were purchased from

2. Use the " Product Warranty Application Form " provided on the official website to apply for warranty

If you only submit a claim statement without the original purchase receipt on the same day, we will unilaterally evaluate and handle it based on the situation.
