You can return the item unconditionally within seven days of receiving it. Returns are not accepted after seven days.

If you request a return, you will no longer be eligible for free shipping on this order , and the shipping cost will be deducted from the return payment. Gift Card Usage Instructions

  • As long as there is balance left on the gift card, that balance can be applied to multiple orders.
  • The balance of the gift card will be applied to the total amount of the order (including tax and shipping).
  • Gift cards and discount codes can be used at the same time.
  • Multiple gift cards can be used on one order.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout process displays one of the following options:

  • If the gift card balance exceeds or equals the order total, the customer can click "Complete Order."
  • If the gift card's available balance is less than the order total, the system will prompt the customer to select a second payment method to make up the difference before placing the order. This includes adding another gift card.

Question: If I purchase a gift card online, will I be charged any additional fees?
Answer: No. You only pay the face amount of the gift card. Electronic gift cards, we'll send you the gift card via email so you don't have to pay shipping.

Question: Can I cancel my order and request a refund for my gift card?
Answer: Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Question: How long does it take for gift cards to be shipped?
A: E-gift card: Your e-gift card will be sent via email on the delivery date you selected. If you choose same-day shipping, most gift cards will be sent within 1 hour of purchase. If you choose future delivery, the gift card will be delivered based on the specific time chosen by the purchaser. If you do not receive your e-gift card as expected, please check your spam or spam folder.
